The 2023 AGM of The Motor Cycling Club Ltd will be online, 12th July 2023.
Any Member wishing to bring forward a resolution or ask a question at the AGM must provide this in writing to the General Secretary by the 28 June 2023. Any resolution or question must have a proposer and a seconder.
An Agenda which will include a Management Report, Accounts, nominations, resolutions, and questions will be issued on or before 5 of July 2023. All Members with registered emails will be sent a link to the Agenda, which will be available online and can be downloaded. Members without emails will receive an Agenda and voting form by post. Voting will be online between 10am 6 July to 4pm on the 12 July for nominations and resolutions. To vote, please log into My Club House – Events- 2023 AGM. All members will be sent an email reminder to vote. Members without emails will receive a voting form by post; this must be returned so that the Club receives it before 12July. The Reports and Accounts along with answers to submitted questions will be presented in a Zoom meeting, which will run between 7pm and 8pm on the 12 July.
