The 2021 Annual General Meeting of members of The Motor Cycling Club Ltd will be held online, Thursday 26 August.
To receive The Executive Report and Accounts, for the year ending 30 November 2020 and to elect Officers of the Executive, and to generally transact such business of the Club as may be necessary.
Nominations are invited for the Officers of the Executive to the General Secretary by the 5th August 2021. The nominee and proposer must be Members of the Motor Cycling Club. Nominations must be made on the official form which is available from the clubs General Secretary.
All existing Officers must stand down at the AGM but are free to stand for election for the same role without nomination. The roles available and their current holder who is willing to stand are as follows:
Any Member wishing to bring forward a resolution or question at the AGM must provide this in writing to the General Secretary by the 5th of August. Any resolution or question must have a proposer and a seconder who must be Members of the Motor Cycling Club.
An Agenda, which will include the Executive Report, Accounts, nominations, resolutions and questions, will be issued on or before 19th August. All Members with registered emails will be sent a link to the Agenda, which will be available online and can be downloaded. Members without emails will receive an Agenda and voting form by post.
Voting will be online between 10:00 am 19th August to 26th August at 6:00 pm for the nominations and resolutions. Members with a registered email will be sent a link to the voting website. Members without emails will receive a voting form by post; this must be returned so that the Club receives it before 26th August.
The Executive Report and Accounts along with answers to submitted questions will be presented in a webinar, which will run between 7pm and 8pm on the 26th August.
