Be careful not to let yer tyres down too much  or inflate them too much when going back on the road.

I find that most MCC sections can be done on 8 - 12 lbs. and on the road 18 lbs.  :)

So 8-12psi is considered the optimum for sections, do you run 18psi  on all road sections including tarmac or just the whites between section?

Well it depends on the weight of the vehicle.....

18 whilst on a trial... Probably 23 going too and coming from a trial...  :)
