Yep; in the SSR 2020, page 2, 'Any competitor in classes A to D and F who elects to compete on Standard Road tyres, front and rear, and states this on his entry form, may run with concessions which will clearly be shown in the Final Instructions'.

You've got to be pretty good to do it on road tyres  :o
