Seat foam
« on: January 08, 2019, 10:53:25 pm »
My seat foam is old and buggered. And that's not a euphemism it really is. :-\

It seems that the only product available to replace it with is that rock hard stuff that they use on track bikes.

Any of you guys ever come across the original foam that they used back in the day. Or can you recommend anything better.

Cheers

You could try talking to Tony Archer, one of the best seat makers in the country.  He may even sell you the foam you're after.

Should be lots on eBay... I re-padded my Beta Alp 200 seat last year.

Sold as a Large Dual seat foam and cover kit.  :)
