Anyone tried one of these?
I think I would have to fit an adjustable link to lower it a bit (I am shortish)  and that seat looks a bit sharp I think I would be standing on the pegs  by Beggars Roost

What about the CRF250L? That has a seat height of 875 mm, whereas the CRF250 Rally has a seat height of 895 mm.  That's about an inch in old money.  The Honda website has the CRF250L spec at http://www.honda.co.uk/motorcycles/range/adventure/crf250l/specifications.html

We have a CRF250L (not a Rally) in the stable. It has a Koubalink to lower it and the seat has been adequate to date for a few thousand kms. That said the seat will be upgraded in due course. Other mods include hand guards, heated grips and Renthal handlebars, and a replacement shock and fork spring from Hyperpro. It's been primarily bought as a travel bike but I see no reason why it wouldn't make a good bike for our trials.
