when I think
« on: April 11, 2020, 08:17:18 am »
Of riding towards Countesbury hill on the grass verge because the road was too icy or wringing out my socks in the cattle market at the breakfast stop in long gone LET's  you have to smile at the great weather we missed on the 2020 .... typical bet it will pour next year (always assuming the inoculation is available by then)

I'm sure someone would have poured a bucket of water over me out of spite if it had been this weekend.

When I think of the contrast between this weekend's weather and what it was like the year before last. Ice, snow, floods, fog, it just seems bafflingly that we can have such extremes.

It was warm and dry last year. But somehow Crackington was still thick with wet sticky mud. Hhhhmmmmm
