CORRECTION : The correct amount for insurance is £15.00 (as stated in the printed documents) and NOT £20.00 as stated on the downloadable entrypack above. Anyone who has not yet sent in their entry should include £15.00 for insurance. Those that have already sent in their entry, and included £20.00 for insurance, will receive a refund in due course.

Supplementary Regulations and Entry Form

Download the PDF file to your computer. To do this we recommend that you 'hover' the cursor over the link on the right, right-click, select "Save Target As...", choose a folder on your local computer, and click "Save".
Open the file on your local computer, and print it out.
Please complete the relevant sheets by hand in the normal manner, just as if you had received them in the post, then mail them to the relevant address with your cheque attached.
These Supplementary Regulations and Entry Form are NOT intended for online completion, completion on a PC, or for return by email.
